Michelin recommends Moss

Our very own Moss restaurant has been named by the world renowned Michelin guide as a restaurant to discover in Iceland. Moss is listed among eight other fine restaurants as the best in the Icelandic culinary scene.

Here is a review from the site: „Floor to ceiling windows offer views of the volcanic landscape at this modern hotel restaurant, where booking is essential for non-residents. Sit at the chefs table or in one of the sumptuous booths to enjoy dishes from the 5-7 course tasting menu. Excellent wine list - ask for a tour of the cellar.“ 
 
Moss also has fresh ingredients and the food is carefully prepared, according to Michelin as you can read here.
